Rates:
Since the Talk Abroad is an international roaming card, ALL base rates are flat rates inclusive of roaming charges. All value-added service (VAS) calls including recharge requests, balance inquiries, and calls to the voicemail system are billed per minute since the length of these calls will all vary. Call surcharges (see below) are also billed per minute in addition to the base outgoing per-minute rate, NOT per connection.

Please see our rate chart. This credit is then valid for 9 months from the date the service is last used. Recharging your SIM card allows you to keep your phone number for as long as the time period is valid. When ordering separately, please remember to supply your Talk Abroad™ SIM card phone number! You can supply this information in the "comments" field when placing your online order.
