How to Add Credit to your Prepaid Ortel Account:

• Dial 1155 from your mobile phone. Choose option 4.
• Enter the 16-digit voucher code from the scratch-off voucher you purchased.
• After hearing the confirmation of the voucher code, press 1.

Service Life:
Your Ortel SIM card will be valid will be valid for 7 months from the last time credit was added. Each time you add credit the service life is extended by 7 months. After 6 months your outgoing credit will expire, but you will be able to receive calls for 30 days before your phone number expires.
