Your China/Hong Kong SIM Card Cell Phone Number:
Your China-Hong Kong "Two-in-One" SIM card will come with a China-based cell phone number as well as a Hong Kong number. These numbers will be prominently displayed in the packaging.

Additional Dialing Information:
The country code for China is 86 and the outgoing international code is 00. To call the United States from your cell phone while in China you must dial 00, the country code, city code and phone number (ex.00-1-212-555-1212)

Recharging Your SIM Card:
The easiest way to add credit to your SIM card is by linking your credit card to your prepaid Two-in-One account, and this is done from the U.S. before you leave for China and Hong Kong. Upon request, your China Unicom prepaid account will be topped-up whenever you contact customer service. (Detailed instructions come with your China SIM card.) Choosing this method for adding credit to your pre-paid is highly recommended.

Service Life:
Service with the China phone number has a service life of 180 days. The Hong Kong number must be used at least once every 60 days in order to retain the service. The SIM card must be recharged a minimum of once every 60 days to keep both numbers active.

Multi-Country Travel
