Your Cayman Islands SIM Card Cell Phone Number:
Your phone number is clearly marked on the Cayman Islands SIM Card package you will receive.

Phone Prep and Activating Your Service:

1. Go to the Cayman Islands
   
2. Make sure your cellphone is fully charged.
   
3. Insert the Cayman Islands SIM card into your GSM phone. Turn on phone.
   
4. Enter 4 digit PIN code (which you will find in the SIM Card holder in your SIM package)
   
5. Place a call. Don't forget the area code, even if you are calling within your same area!

Checking Your Credit:
You may check your remaining credit as often as you like, free of charge. Enter *33 on your cell phone. Press talk or send.

Recharging Your SIM Card:
Purchase bFree recharge cards from any authorized retailer. They come in several denominations including $15, $25, $40 and $75 Cayman Island Dollars. The $40 card includes $4 additional free talk time, the $75 card includes $15 bonus talk time.

All rates in Cayman Island Dollars (KYD). For up-to-date currency exchange rates, use the Currency Converter. Rates are expressed per minute but calls are billed per second.

Incoming calls, both international and domestic, are always FREE!

SMS messages are $0.20 KYD for Cable & Wireless numbers and the first 20 SMS messages are free. For other domestic and international outgoing messages, the rate is $0.30 KYD. There is no charge for incoming messages.

Our business hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, seven days a week.

Service Life:
The bFree SIM card has a service life of 660 days. By adding more talk time, one can extend the life of the SIM card 660 days from the date of the recharge.

Multi-Country Travel
You can also purchase other SIM cards as well for other countries to where you may be traveling. (This option is good for those planning on doing a lot of local calling.)
